Manage the meeting

Thanks to their tablets, participants could digitally manage the meeting through the role  of speaker, reader, follower or moderator. 

If follower, your tablet will be synchronized with the speaker’s one and your annotations could be shared with all of the participants. If moderator, you could assign roles to each participants and, at the end of the meeting, decide whose user’s device would be allowed whether to save safely  the contents or not.

Security

Documents’ cryptography is protected by  AES 256 algorithm. Rules configuration keeps under control the use of the documents for each participant, in every stage of the meeting.

Publication and workflow control

Meeting contents are managed through a publication process which determines the terms of use for each role of the participants. The control of the information could be set for each document, status or meeting participant.
